Are you a business and want something different to make your brand campaign stand out? Or that special gift to say “thank you” to your customers or hard-working staff? We can help with our full Gifting Service, design, moulds, chocolate, branded boxes/packaging, and ribbons, even postal boxes if required. This personalised solution is fully tailored to meet your needs and includes everything from our expert advice and guidance to your bespoke moulds, chocolate flavours, wrapping and delivery. Let us take care of everything for you.
Save your precious chocolate for eating! We can make you a 3D-printed copy of your product to allow you to produce packaging and marketing without any messy issues from melted chocolate.
We can also 3D print models.
Customers often ask if we can use 3D printing to make chocolate moulds. Some companies do, but we don’t for a couple of reasons: Even a high-resolution printer is not good enough to give a quality finish to the mould. The printing resins are not food grade and, therefore, not suitable for direct contact with food.
You can now buy Greyas polycarbonate moulds from our online shop, no import duty for UK customers or extra fees in currency exchange.

The chocolate moulding process
Chocolate Mould Design
The first step of the process is to create a chocolate mould design. We do not require a professional drawing – a sketch or black outline of what you have in mind would be just fine. We will then take the sketch and recreate it on our computer design software or 3d scanner.
If you supply us with a drawing/picture that is not of your own origin, you must make sure that you have the originator’s permission to replicate the image for commercial use to avoid breaking their copyright. However, we may be able to originate drawings for your ideas depending on the complexity.
Chocolate mould tooling
Next, we need to create a sample tool of your design, this can be a vacuum form or silicone, depending on the design.
The final master tool is used in making the vacuum forming, silicone, or injection polycarbonate moulds.
These tools can be made from various materials, and we would be happy to advise on which one to use to suit your needs and budget. Resin board tooling for vacuum forming and silicone, aluminium tooling for injection moulded polycarbonates.
Our Promise to You: Once the tool has been paid for, it belongs to you and will not be used for anyone else.
